Priya Raithatha

Priya works almost exclusively with first-time buyers and the downtown condo market, from the older walk-ups off Bernard through the newer towers along Water and Sunset. She got her licence in 2019 after five years in credit union lending, which means she reads a mortgage approval faster than most agents and catches financing problems before they turn into collapsed subjects. She’s known for being patient with clients who need eight months and thirty showings to get comfortable, and for talking people out of buildings with obvious depreciation-report problems. Priya speaks Gujarati and Hindi and does a fair amount of work with families relocating to the Okanagan from the Lower Mainland.
