Buyers and interested parties can search and discover listings directly through the marketplace.

Is Prihosa a real estate brokerage?

No. Prihosa is an independent online property advertising marketplace.

We do not:

  • Act as real estate agents or brokers
  • Represent buyers or sellers
  • Negotiate or manage transactions
  • Facilitate contracts or handle payments
  • Provide brokerage or professional real estate services
  • Verify listings, licensing status, or user credentials

All communications, negotiations, and transactions occur independently between users outside of the platform.

Do I need to use a real estate agent or MLS® system to list on Prihosa?

No. Prihosa is an independent property advertising marketplace.

Users can publish and manage their own listings directly through the platform.

Some sellers and professionals may also advertise properties through other marketing channels or listing services. Using Prihosa does not replace or satisfy any professional, contractual, licensing, or regulatory obligations that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Who can use Prihosa?

Prihosa is open to individuals and organizations seeking to advertise property through an independent online marketplace, including:

  • Private property owners selling directly
  • Individuals authorized to market property on behalf of owners
  • Property professionals and industry practitioners
  • Property management companies
  • Development firms
  • Real estate-focused businesses
  • International sellers

Users must be at least 18 years of age and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws and professional requirements in their jurisdiction.

What countries does Prihosa operate in?

Prihosa is a global online property advertising marketplace. The platform is accessible internationally, and users may publish and search listings across borders.

Users are responsible for ensuring their listings and activities comply with applicable laws and professional requirements in their jurisdiction.

Is Prihosa free to use?

For buyers: Yes. Searching, browsing, and exploring listings on Prihosa is completely free. You can record your favorites and also create a free Prihosa Member account to save your own custom searches.

For sellers and advertisers: Publishing listings requires an active subscription. Pricing varies by account type and the number of active listings. Please visit our Pricing page for full details.

2. For Sellers

How do I list my property on Prihosa?

Listing your property on Prihosa is simple:

  • Create a free Prihosa account (Prihosa Member, GPM Professional, or GPM Business)
  • Receive email confirmation and create your password
  • Once your password is created, you will be taken to your account Dashboard
  • Click “Create Listing”
  • Enter your property details, description, and list price
  • Upload high-quality photos (maximum of 48 photos per listing)
  • Add any videos and/or virtual tours
  • Add key features
  • Select contact preferences and read/acknowledge our service agreements
  • Click “Submit Property”
  • Select your subscription (number of listings)
  • Confirm and complete payment

Your listing typically appears on Prihosa shortly after your listing is published and payment is successfully processed.

How much does it cost to list a property?

Pricing depends on your total number of listings you would like to manage.

Standard Listing Rate:

  • $15 per week, per property (1–5 listings, billed weekly)

Volume pricing is available for accounts managing 6 or more listings, billed monthly. Full pricing details are available on our Pricing Page.

Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled in accordance with our Automatic Renewal terms.

Listings and subscriptions are managed separately. Cancelling a listing does not stop billing.

What’s included in my listing subscription?

All listing subscriptions include:

  • Ability to add high-resolution photos, virtual tours, and videos
  • Full property description and feature fields
  • Custom listing page with map integration
  • Global marketplace visibility
  • Generated searchable listing tags (“GPM Numbers”)
  • Search engine indexing (SEO exposure)
  • Ability to share listings across your website and social channels
  • Editable listing dashboard — update anytime
  • Basic listing analytics (views and saves)
  • Standard customer support
  • Mobile-optimized display across devices

GPM Professional and GPM Business accounts also include a unique GPM account ID for profile and listing discovery. Users can search and save GPM account IDs/profiles using our advanced search. These account types also support publishing and managing a high volume of listings.

How long does my listing stay active?

Your listing remains active as long as your subscription is current and in good standing.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on your billing cycle (weekly or monthly) unless cancelled in accordance with your subscription terms.

To maintain an active listing, your payment method must remain valid and successfully process renewal charges.

Your listing may be removed or deactivated if:

  • You mark the listing as sold
  • You cancel your listing
  • You cancel the subscription
  • Payment cannot be successfully processed
  • Your account or listing violates our Terms of Use

If you cancel your subscription, your listings will remain active and your access to all the platform features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After your billing period ends, all active listings will be automatically cancelled and will transfer into My Properties → Cancelled.

Important Billing Information:

Listings and subscriptions are managed separately. Marking a listing as Sold or Cancelled does not automatically cancel your subscription.

To stop recurring billing, you must cancel your subscription in your account Dashboard menu → My Membership.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time.

Please note that listing performance data, such as views or saves, may not be retained after cancellation.

Can I edit my listing after it’s published?

Yes. You can update your listing at any time through your account dashboard.

You can:

  • Update or replace photos, videos, and virtual tours
  • Revise your property description
  • Adjust pricing
  • Modify contact preferences
  • Add or remove property details and features

Updates are reflected on your live listing shortly after changes are saved.

Can I pause my listing temporarily?

At this time, listings cannot be paused.

Listings are either:

  • Active (published and visible)
  • Sold (removed, billing continues until subscription is cancelled)
  • Cancelled (removed, billing continues until subscription is cancelled)

Please note that previous listing performance data, such as views and saves, may not be retained after cancellation.

How do I cancel my listing?

To remove your listing:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to My Properties → Published
  • Select the listing you want to manage
  • Mark the listing as Sold or Cancelled

Your listing will be removed immediately and will no longer be publicly visible.

Please note that once a listing is marked Sold or Cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. A new listing will need to be created if you wish to advertise the property again.

Important Billing Information:

Listings and subscriptions are managed separately. Marking a listing as Sold or Cancelled does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Can I list rental properties?

At this time, Prihosa supports property listings for:

  • For sale
  • Pre-sale

Rental or lease listings are not currently supported.

What if my property sells?

To remove your listing after it sells you have two options:

Option 1 – change your listing status to sold:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to My Properties → Published
  • Select the listing that has sold
  • Mark the listing as Sold

Important: Changing your listing status does not cancel your subscription.

Option 2 – cancel your subscription:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to My Membership and cancel your My Membership Package (subscription)
  • You will then be prompted to mark the listing as “Cancelled” or “Sold”
  • Mark the listing as Sold

Selecting “Sold” will transfer your listing into My Properties → Sold.

Please note that once a listing is marked Sold or Cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. A new listing will need to be created if you wish to advertise the property again.

Important Billing Information:

Marking a listing as Sold or Cancelled does not automatically cancel your subscription unless you separately complete the subscription cancellation process in your account settings.

To stop recurring billing, you must cancel your subscription in your account Dashboard menu → My Membership.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time. When you cancel your subscription, your access and any active listings remain available until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

Please note that listing performance data, such as views or saves, may not be retained after cancellation.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a subscription renewal payment cannot be successfully processed, your listing may be removed, and your subscription may be cancelled.

Once a listing has been removed or cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. A new listing must be created if you wish to advertise the property again.

Payments for Prihosa subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processing provider. Stripe may attempt to retry failed payments or send notifications regarding billing issues depending on your account and payment settings. Prihosa does not guarantee payment retry attempts or notification timing, as these are managed by Stripe.

You can update your payment method at any time through your Account → Billing Settings.

Stripe’s payment processing practices, policies, and retry mechanisms are managed independently of Prihosa.

Can I transfer a listing to another account?

Listings are associated with the account that created them and cannot currently be transferred between accounts.

If ownership or management of a listing needs to change, the existing listing must be cancelled, and a new listing can be created under the appropriate account.

For GPM Business accounts, listings created under the business remain owned by that account but can be assigned to associated GPM Professional accounts or Professional Profile Cards. The assigned professional or profile can be updated at any time, and associated professionals will be notified when they are added to or removed from a listing.

Does Prihosa verify listings?

Prihosa does not verify property ownership, licensing status, listing authority, or the accuracy of listing content.

All listings are created and managed directly by users. Sellers and buyers should independently verify any information before entering into a transaction.

Can I list properties I don’t own?

You may only publish listings if you have authority from the property owner or their authorized representative.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to advertise a property on Prihosa.

What information should I include in my listing?

A clear and detailed listing helps buyers understand your property and improves visibility in search results.

Common information included in property listings may include:

  • Property type and location
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Interior living space or square footage
  • Lot size or land area, if applicable
  • Listing price
  • Key features or highlights
  • High-quality photos, with multiple photos recommended
  • Contact preferences for inquiries

Additional details that sellers sometimes include:

  • Year built
  • Suite information
  • Renovations or upgrades
  • Property taxes or fees
  • Homeowners association or condominium fees
  • Included appliances or fixtures
  • Water and sewer source
  • Zoning code
  • Neighborhood or community information

Listing requirements and disclosure obligations may vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with applicable laws and regulations in their area.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 48 photos for each listing.

Photo guidelines:

  • Accepted formats: JPG
  • Maximum file size: 8MB per photo
  • Minimum resolution size: 1240 × 720 pixels or higher (4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio)

Using multiple high-quality photos can help showcase your property and improve listing visibility.

Can I include videos or virtual tours?

Yes. Prihosa supports both property videos and virtual tours.

When creating or editing a listing, you can upload videos or include virtual tour links through the listing video section.

Adding video walkthroughs or virtual tours can help showcase your property more effectively and give potential buyers a better understanding of the space.

Can I use photos from my MLS® listing on Prihosa?

You may only upload photos, videos, or other media if you own the rights to that content or have permission from the copyright holder to use it.

Content used in MLS® listings is often subject to third-party ownership or licensing restrictions and may not be permitted for use on other platforms.

Before uploading content to Prihosa, you should confirm that you have the appropriate rights or permissions. If you are unsure, we recommend using content you have created yourself or obtaining permission from the content owner.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in listing removal or account action in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Who owns the copyright to property photos?

Copyright ownership depends on who created the content and the terms under which it was created.

In many cases, professional photos, virtual tours, and floor plans are owned by the photographer or service provider—not the real estate professional or seller—unless there is a written agreement that transfers ownership or grants permission for use on third-party platforms like Prihosa.

You may generally use content you personally created. For third-party content, you must ensure you have the rights or permission to use it. When hiring a photographer, you should confirm in writing that you have the right to use the content on third-party platforms.

If you are unsure whether you have the right to use specific content, do not upload it until you have confirmed ownership or obtained permission. For more information, please refer to Section 12 of our Terms of Use.

Can I use descriptions from my MLS® listing?

You may only use descriptions if you created the content yourself or have permission to use it.

In some cases, descriptions may be subject to real estate firm/company policies or MLS® participation agreements that restrict how content can be reused on third-party platforms.

You should not copy descriptions from other listings or sources without permission. If you are unsure, we recommend creating original descriptions for your Prihosa listing.

Unauthorized use of content may result in listing removal or account action in accordance with our Terms of Use.

What happens if my listing is reported or violates Prihosa policies?

If a listing is reported or appears to violate the Prihosa Terms of Use, Prihosa may review the content on a discretionary basis and may take action where appropriate in accordance with our Terms.

Actions may include removing or disabling access to the listing, restricting account functionality, or taking other measures permitted under our Terms of Use.

Prihosa does not actively monitor, verify, or pre-approve listings but may review content and take action in response to reports or suspected violations.

Prihosa may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity, users, or third-party rights.

What if I receive a copyright complaint about my listing?

If Prihosa receives a valid copyright infringement notice regarding content in your listing, we may remove or disable the content or listing in accordance with our Terms of Use.

You may be notified of the complaint and, where applicable, provided with information about the reported content.

If you believe the complaint was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with Section 12 of our Terms of Use.

Repeated copyright violations may result in account restrictions or termination.

To avoid copyright issues, only upload content you have created or have permission to use.

What is Prihosa’s Repeat Infringer Policy?

Prihosa maintains a Repeat Infringer Policy in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.

Users who repeatedly upload content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights may have their content removed and their accounts restricted, suspended, or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Use. In some cases, serious or willful infringement may result in immediate account action.

Prihosa reserves the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringement and to take action where appropriate, including in cases of suspected or confirmed misuse of copyrighted material.

To avoid violations, users should only upload content they have created or have permission to use.

Can I include links in my listing description?

Links are not supported in listing descriptions.

To maintain a consistent and user-friendly experience, Prihosa listings are designed to present property information directly within the platform.

You may provide your preferred contact information in your listing to allow interested parties to reach you directly.

How do buyers contact me?

Buyers contact you directly using the contact information you include in your listing.

You can choose your preferred contact method, such as:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Social pages
  • Business and/or professional websites

All communications occur directly between you and the interested buyer(s). Prihosa does not participate in or manage buyer-seller communications.

3. For Buyers

How do I search for properties?

You can search for properties on Prihosa using several methods.

Basic Search:

  • Visit prihosa.com
  • Select a property type (Residential, Lots/Land, New Development)
  • Select the listing status (For Sale or Pre-Sale)
  • Enter a location (city, region, community, neighborhood, or country)
  • Click “Search”

You can also search directly using a GPM Number (Property ID).

Smart Search: Use the Advanced Search options to filter listings by additional criteria such as property features, price ranges, and other listing details.

You can also search for listings associated with a specific GPM Professional or GPM Business profile.

Keyword Search: The Keyword Search field allows you to search for specific features or terms that may not appear in standard search filters.

Saved Searches:

Creating a free Prihosa account allows you to:

  • Save your searches
  • Receive automatic email alerts when new listings match your criteria

Saved searches and listing alerts are automated platform features based on user-defined search criteria and do not constitute recommendations or endorsements of any listing.

Do I need an account to search for properties?

No. You can search and browse properties on Prihosa without creating an account.

Without an account, you can:

  • Browse properties
  • View listings
  • Use the Smart Search and filtering tools
  • Save your favorite listings

Creating a free Prihosa account allows you to:

  • Save your searches
  • Receive email notifications when new listings match your criteria

How do I contact a seller?

You can contact the seller directly using the contact information provided in the listing.

Sellers typically include their preferred contact method, such as:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Social pages
  • Business and/or professional websites

All communications occur directly between you and the seller. Prihosa does not participate in or manage buyer-seller communications.

Are listings verified or guaranteed?

No. Prihosa does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of property listings.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Property ownership
  • Listing accuracy or completeness
  • Whether photos depict the actual property
  • Seller identity or credentials
  • Property condition
  • The legal status of a property

Listings are created and managed directly by users. Buyers and interested parties should independently verify any information before making decisions related to a property.

What if a listing appears inaccurate or suspicious?

If you believe a listing contains inaccurate information or may violate our Terms, please report it to us.

When reporting a listing, please include:

  • The GPM Number (Property ID)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any relevant information that may help us review the listing

Prihosa may review reported content on a discretionary basis and may remove, restrict, or disable access to listings that violate our Terms of Use or are otherwise objectionable, as permitted under our Terms. Prihosa does not actively monitor, verify, or guarantee listings.

Users should independently verify property information before entering into any transaction.

Can I make an offer through Prihosa?

No. Prihosa does not facilitate offers, contracts, negotiations, or property transactions.

Interested buyers should contact the seller directly using the contact information provided in the listing. Any negotiations or agreements occur independently between the parties involved.

How do I know if a property is still available?

Listings displayed on Prihosa may be available, but availability is determined by the seller and listing status may not always be updated immediately or accurately. Buyers should contact the seller directly to confirm current availability.

Sellers are responsible for keeping their listing information and status up to date.

Can I arrange property viewings through Prihosa?

No. Prihosa does not arrange or manage property viewings.

Interested buyers should contact the seller directly using the contact information provided in the listing to discuss viewing arrangements.

4. Account Types

What are the different account types?

Prihosa offers three types of accounts depending on how you plan to use the platform.

1. Prihosa Member

For property owners advertising their own property and buyers searching for properties independently.

Common uses include:

  • Homeowners selling their own property
  • For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sellers
  • Landowners and recreational property sellers
  • Sellers seeking additional exposure or marketing alongside other strategies
  • Individuals marketing property independently
  • Individuals testing the market
  • Property owners who want professional exposure without brokerage involvement
  • Buyers searching for properties and saving their searches

2. GPM Professional

For individuals working within the real estate or property sector.

Common uses include:

  • Real estate and property professionals
  • Property advisors
  • Authorized marketing coordinators
  • Property administrators
  • Property managers
  • Investment consultants
  • Individuals marketing property as part of their professional services

3. GPM Business

For organizations that manage listings or property portfolios.

Common uses include:

  • Real estate organizations
  • Real estate teams and/or groups
  • Property management companies
  • Development firms
  • Investment groups
  • Real estate-focused enterprises
  • Listing managers
  • Real estate professional administration companies

Account designations are platform categories only and do not constitute licensing verification, professional certification, professional designation, endorsement, or regulatory recognition by Prihosa.

Do you verify professional credentials?

No. Prihosa does not verify real estate licenses, professional credentials, brokerage registrations, user authorization, or compliance status. Prihosa also does not verify business affiliations, associations, or representations between users or organizations.

Account type designations on the platform are user-selected categories and do not represent certification, endorsement, or verification by Prihosa.

Users are responsible for ensuring they hold any required licenses or authorizations in their jurisdiction. Users are also responsible for ensuring that any business affiliations or associations they display are accurate and authorized.

Buyers and sellers should independently verify the credentials of any professional they choose to work with.

Can I switch account types?

Account types cannot currently be converted within an existing account.

If you wish to use a different account type, you will need to create a new account using the desired account category.

Please note:

  • Listings, profile information, and saved data from a previous account will not transfer to the new account
  • Active subscriptions should be cancelled before creating a new account type
  • You may need to recreate your listings under the new account

Can I have multiple accounts?

Prihosa accounts are generally intended to be used as a single account per individual or organization.

For organizations managing multiple professionals and/or listings, GPM Business accounts provide centralized account management and additional functionality.

GPM Business accounts can include:

  • Team management features
  • Association with multiple GPM Professional accounts and/or Professional Profile Cards
  • The ability to assign and update which professional or profile represents each listing
  • Centralized control of listings created under the business account

Listings created by a GPM Business account remain owned by that account. Associated professionals or profiles can be updated at any time, and professionals are notified when they are added to or removed from a listing.

Accounts are managed by a primary account holder responsible for listings, profiles, and account settings.

5. Pricing & Payments

How much does Prihosa cost?

Creating a Prihosa account is free. You only pay when you publish a listing.

Prihosa operates on a subscription model based on the number of listings you wish to publish and manage.

For portfolios allowing 1–5 listings, subscriptions start at $15 per week per listing.

This foundation tier is available for all account types:

  • Prihosa Member
  • GPM Professional
  • GPM Business

Additional subscription tiers are available for users who need to manage larger numbers of listings:

  • 6–25 listings (billed monthly) — available for GPM Professional and GPM Business accounts
  • 26–100 listings (billed monthly) — available for GPM Professional and GPM Business accounts

For organizations requiring more than 100 listings, volume subscription plans may be available. Please contact sales@prihosa.com for more information.

Prihosa does not have any hidden charges or additional setup fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments for Prihosa subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processing provider.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and Stripe’s supported payment options.

Refunds, billing terms, and subscription policies are governed by the Prihosa Terms of Use. Please refer to the Terms for full details.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account Dashboard → My Membership.

When you cancel:

– Your subscription will not auto-renew
– Your active listings remain published until the end of your current billing period
– You can still mark listings as Sold or Cancelled during this time
– No additional charges will be made
– No refunds are provided for partial billing periods as you retain full access until the period ends

After your billing period ends:

– All remaining active listings will be automatically cancelled
– You will lose access to paid subscription features
– Your account remains accessible in a limited/free state

Important: Cancelling your subscription is different from marking a listing as Sold or Cancelled. Marking a listing as Sold or Cancelled does not stop billing. To stop future charges you must cancel your subscription in Dashboard → My Membership.

Can pricing change?

Prihosa may update subscription pricing from time to time. Any changes would apply according to the Prihosa Terms of Use and applicable billing terms.

6. Listings & Features

How long does it take for my listing to appear?

Listings appear on Prihosa shortly after publication and successful payment processing.

Visibility on external search engines (such as Google) may take additional time and is determined by those platforms.

Listings with complete information and high-quality photos may perform better in search results.

Can I feature my listing?

Prihosa does not currently offer featured or promoted listings.

All listings are searchable based on the information provided in the listing, including location, property details, and user-selected search filters.

This approach helps ensure that listings are presented consistently based on relevant search criteria rather than paid placement.

How do I track my listing performance?

All Prihosa accounts may include basic listing analytics for informational purposes only. These analytics may help you understand how your properties are being viewed but may not reflect complete, precise, or real-time data.

Available analytics may include:

  • Saves

Can I share my listing on social media or other digital channels?

Yes. Each listing includes built-in sharing tools that allow you to easily share your property across social media, websites, email, messaging apps, and other digital channels.

You can use the following options:

  • Share Image – Generate a branded image of your listing with key details. Download and post it anywhere.
  • Share Info – Copy a formatted summary of your listing details to paste into emails, messages, or social media captions.
  • QR Code – Generate a QR code that can be used in print or digital materials.
  • Brochure – Generate a downloadable property brochure for print or digital sharing.
  • Copy Link – Copy your listing URL to share directly.

These tools give you flexibility to share your listing across any platform or channel you use.

Note: All sharing tools operate on your device. Prihosa does not send your listing information to social media platforms or third-party services. You control where and how your listing is shared.

What happens if someone reports my listing?

If a listing is reported for potentially violating the Prihosa Terms of Use, we may review the reported content and take action where appropriate.

Actions may include removing or disabling access to the listing, restricting the account, or taking other measures in accordance with our Terms, including where necessary to maintain platform safety and integrity.

Prihosa does not actively monitor, verify, or pre-approve listings.

Can I list the same property multiple times?

No. Duplicate listings for the same property are not permitted.

Each property should be represented by one active listing at a time. Creating multiple listings for the same property may result in the listing being removed.

If a property has sold or a listing has been cancelled, a new listing may be created if the property is being advertised again.

What types of content are not allowed in listings?

Listings must not include content that violates our Terms of Use. This includes:

  • Content you do not own or do not have permission to use (such as photos, videos, descriptions, or other media)
  • False, misleading, or deceptive information
  • Properties you are not authorized to advertise
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
  • Discriminatory or unlawful content

Listings that do not comply with these requirements may be removed or restricted in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and authority to publish all content included in their listings.

How do I know if I can use a photo or image?

You may only use photos, images, or other media in your listing if you created the content yourself or have permission from the copyright holder to use it.

In many cases, images taken by photographers or used in other listings (including MLS® listings) may be subject to copyright ownership or licensing restrictions and may not be permitted for use on third-party platforms.

If you are unsure whether you have the right to use an image, we recommend not using it and instead creating your own content or obtaining permission from the content owner.

Listings that include unauthorized content may be removed or restricted in accordance with our Terms of Use.

As a general guideline, if you did not create the content yourself and do not have clear permission to use it, you should not include it in your listing.

7. Safety & Security

Is Prihosa safe to use?

Prihosa is an online property advertising marketplace where sellers, professionals, and organizations publish listings and are contacted directly using the information provided in each listing.

While Prihosa maintains platform policies and reporting tools, users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. Prihosa does not verify listings, participate in negotiations, or process payments, and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or availability of any listing or user.

We encourage users to review our Safety First page and take appropriate precautions when communicating with others or considering a property transaction. If you believe a listing violates our policies, you may report it to safety@prihosa.com.

Prihosa does not actively monitor, verify, or validate listings, profiles, or user credentials but may take action in response to reports or suspected violations.

How can I stay safe when using Prihosa?

Prihosa provides an online advertising marketplace where users communicate and transact independently.

Users should always conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. We encourage reviewing our Safety First page for general information on evaluating listings and communicating with other users.

Are listings or users verified by Prihosa?

No. Prihosa does not verify listings, user identities, licensing status, or business affiliations. All information is provided by users.

Users should not rely on any listing, profile, or associated information as verified, accurate, or endorsed by Prihosa and should conduct their own independent due diligence before proceeding with any transaction.

How do I report suspicious activity?

If you believe a listing or user violates our Terms of Use or appears suspicious, you can report it by contacting: Email: safety@prihosa.com

Please include the Listing GPM Number and a brief description of the issue so our team can review your report.

Prihosa may review reported content and take action where appropriate in accordance with our Terms, including to maintain platform safety and integrity. Prihosa does not actively monitor or verify listings or user activity.

Is my personal information safe?

Prihosa takes reasonable measures to protect user information. However, any information you choose to include in your listings or public profile may be visible to other users.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information in listings or public profiles.

8. International Users

Can I list property from any country?

Yes. Prihosa is a global property advertising marketplace, and listings may be published for properties located in many different countries.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings and use of the platform comply with applicable laws, regulations, professional requirements and advertising requirements in their jurisdiction.

Can I search for properties in other countries?

Yes. Prihosa allows users to search listings globally using location filters and other search criteria.

What currency should I use when listing a property?

Sellers may list their property price in any of 25 internationally recognized currencies, selected at the time of listing. The listing price will be displayed in the currency chosen by the seller.

The selected currency will be clearly shown alongside the listing price so that buyers can identify the currency at a glance.

Prihosa does not currently convert listing prices between currencies for buyers browsing the marketplace. Buyers should use their preferred currency conversion tool for reference if needed.

Does Prihosa handle international property transactions or payments?

No. Prihosa operates solely as an online advertising marketplace.

All communications, negotiations, and transactions occur independently between users outside of the platform.

9. Technical Support

I’m having trouble creating my listing. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing issues while creating or publishing a listing, try the following.

Photos won’t upload:

  • Ensure each photo is under the maximum file size (8MB per photo)
  • Use supported formats such as JPG
  • Try a different browser or device
  • Clear your browser cache and refresh the page

Payment cannot be completed:

  • Verify that your card details are correct
  • Ensure your card allows online or international payments
  • Confirm sufficient funds are available
  • Try another card if the issue continues

Listing will not publish:

  • Make sure all required fields in the listing form are completed
  • Confirm your subscription payment was processed successfully
  • Refresh the page or try again using another browser

Prihosa works best on modern browsers, including:

Is there a Prihosa mobile app?

Prihosa currently operates through web browsers and works on both desktop and mobile devices.

Why can’t I see my listing in search results?

If your listing has just been published, it may take a short time to appear in search results.

You can confirm that your listing is active by checking My Properties → Published in your account dashboard.

If your listing still does not appear, please contact support@prihosa.com.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@prihosa.com.

You can also change your password at any time from the My Profile section of your dashboard.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion:

  • Cancel any active listing subscriptions
  • Email support@prihosa.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account

Once your request is processed, your account will be deactivated and your personal information will be removed from your profile and disassociated from your account so it is no longer linked to you.

Certain data related to listings and platform activity may be retained for record-keeping, analytics, and system integrity purposes.

After your account is processed, you may create a new account using the same email address.

How do I update my email address?

Log into your account and go to My Profile in your dashboard.

Update your email address and save your changes.

Are you a real estate brokerage?

No. Prihosa Global Property Marketplace Ltd. operates as an independent online property advertising marketplace.

Prihosa does not:

  • Represent buyers or sellers

  • Verify listings, users, or professional credentials

No. Prihosa is an independent online property advertising marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any real estate board, association, listing service, or professional organization in any jurisdiction.

This includes, but is not limited to, MLS® systems, real estate boards, and professional associations worldwide.
