Listing information is publicly displayed on the Site as part of our paid listing service.

Prihosa does not verify, validate, or assess the accuracy, legality, or completeness of listing or profile content and does not participate in communications, negotiations, or transactions between users. All such interactions occur independently outside of our platform.

To publish a listing on Prihosa, users must pay a listing fee.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

Prihosa does not store or process full credit card numbers or sensitive payment authentication data.

We may receive limited transaction-related information from Stripe, including:

Listing sharing tools (including Share Image, Share Info, Create QR Code, Brochure, and Copy Link) generate outputs directly on your device. Prihosa does not transmit listing or contact information to social media platforms or other third-party services when these tools are used. You control where and how any generated content is shared.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Prihosa is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
