Doug Whitesell

Doug spent twenty-two years running a cattle operation near Falkland before getting licensed in 2014, and he sells ranch and agricultural land to people who mostly already know him. His listings run to grazing leases, orchard and vineyard parcels, hay ground, and the kind of properties where water licences matter more than countertops. He’s the brokerage’s go-to for anything touching the Agricultural Land Reserve, farm status, or an irrigation district.
