Kendra handles Northbend’s new construction and pre-sale side, working with a handful of small local builders on projects in the eight-to-forty unit range. She manages presentation centres, pre-sale contract packages, and the long stretch between deposit and completion where most buyers start getting nervous. Before real estate she worked in interior design and project coordination, which shows up in how she stages spec homes and how comfortable she is reading a set of drawings. Licensed since 2017. She’s also the person at the brokerage who ends up doing most of the marketing photography coordination, and she’s picky about it.
