Selene Harrowby

Selene Harrowby has spent the better part of a decade helping people find their place in the Okanagan, and she still describes it as the best job she has ever had. She works across Kelowna and West Kelowna, with deep roots in the Glenmore, Dilworth, and Rutland neighbourhoods where most of her clients end up. Before real estate, Selene spent nine years in residential property management, an education in how homes actually live day to day. That background shows up in the details she catches and the confidence her clients feel walking into a decision. She is known for making the process feel calm, whether it is a first-time buyer nervous about their offer or a family selling the house their kids grew up in. Selene works with a small roster at any given time, on purpose. She does her own showings, writes her own listing copy, and answers her own phone, which means her clients always get her and never a rotating cast. More than seventy percent of her business comes from past clients and their referrals, something she considers the truest measure of how the work is going. She holds a designation in strata and multi-family, and she has a particular soft spot for helping longtime homeowners downsize into townhomes and patio homes with everything they loved and none of the upkeep. Selene grew up in Armstrong, has called Kelowna home since 2004, and spends her free time on the Knox Mountain trails with a shepherd cross named Bramble
