Trevor came to real estate from a background in geomatics, which is how he ended up handling the bulk of Northbend’s acreage and rural residential work. He’s the one producing the parcel overlays the brokerage is known for, and he’ll usually walk a property line himself before a listing goes live, including the ones where the “driveway” is a seasonal forestry road. His territory runs from the Glenmore benchlands out through Ellison, Joe Rich, and into the Belgo. Buyers coming from out of province tend to get an unusually blunt education from him on wells, septic, ALR restrictions, and what a five-acre parcel actually costs to maintain. He’s been licensed since 2013 and became an associate broker in 2020.
